YOUR ITINERARY

Five days at the foot of Arenal volcano — thermal waters, jungle trails, horses, fire, and the Dome. A retreat designed for women who know that stillness is not passive.

Day 1: San José arrival. Transfer to Vessyl. Check-in & property exploration. Welcome to You session. Fire Pit dinner & welcome.

Day 2: Meditation session. Equine program — horseback riding to the river & swimming with horses. Sauna & cold plunge. Yoga Yin in the Dome. Evening Dome Feature Production.

Day 3: Meditation hike: Arenal Volcano National Park 1968 trail. Lunch at Vessyl. Ecotermales Fortuna — Tabacón thermal waters. Dome session or rest.

Day 4: Breathwork in the Dome. Contemplative walk · Místico Park hanging bridges. Free time — spa, pool, rest. Heart of Being ceremony. Fire Pit closing circle.

Day 5: Breakfast. Transfer to San José airport. End of journey.
